Food psychology meets live coaching
Psychology first. The work happens in your real life.
This program works at the psychological root of eating habits. Instead of telling you what you're allowed to eat, it changes what you want to eat.
Over 14 weeks, I work with you live: accountability, a small group going through the same thing, and me there when it gets hard.
Inside this program runs WILDERBODY: Eric Edmeades' 90-day food psychology framework (the current version of WILDFIT's flagship program).

14 weeks. Three distinct phases
Weeks 1–4
Awareness & Observation
Inner Monastery
You stop fighting yourself and start getting curious. You learn to notice your eating patterns honestly (hunger signals, emotional triggers, habitual choices) without judgment. No dramatic changes yet. Just clarity.

Weeks 5–9
The Metabolic Switch
Spring
The full metabolic reset. This is the hardest phase. It's also the one that changes the most. Your metabolism stabilises. Cravings start losing their grip. Energy starts to even out. I coach you through every hard moment.

Weeks 10–13
Reintroduction & Integration
Cruising
The integration of all you have learned. You run real experiments on yourself. By the end you can navigate food without rules, because you understand what each thing does to you.

Joey Simsen
I'm a certified WILDFIT® Coach. I came to this work after years of knowing exactly what I should eat and not doing it. WILDFIT was the first thing that worked on the actual mechanism. Once I saw why, I trained as a coach and have been running people through this work ever since.
This Foundation program is Phase 1 of the Health Blueprint: the system I run with every client now. Food psychology, mindset, and live coaching, in that order, because each one builds on the one before.
