Book a Discovery CallThe Problem
You sleep quite well. You take your vitamins and supplements. You can explain ketosis at a dinner party. The rest of your life mostly runs the way you decide it should.
And yet.
The afternoon brain fog. The weight that will not move. Waking up tired. Not being able to focus. Cravings still run the day. The advice that keeps coming back at you is the same one: more discipline, more willpower. That prescription is wrong.
The reason you reach for the things you reach for is not weakness. It is programming: patterns built up over decades, wired into how your brain reads hunger, reward, and comfort. No amount of willpower overrides that. Willpower runs out. The wiring does not change on its own.
The Method
Weeks 1–13
Fix your relationship with food first. Not a diet. Not rules. You learn why you eat what you eat. The cravings stop running the day.
"I choose what I eat."
Weeks 14–21
With your metabolism stable, you build. Around 30 minutes a week of structured training. Short enough to fit a busy life. A strength baseline at the start, a retest at the end. The numbers move.
"I am someone who trains."
Weeks 22–25
You make it permanent. Integrate all the learnings and behaviors into your everyday life. A personal health framework you can run on your own.
"I am a healthy person."
Not someone working to become healthy — someone who already is.
Is this for you?

About
Years of low energy, swinging mood, weight that wouldn't move. I tried Tim Ferriss's leave-out-the-white-starchy-carbs approach and for the first time felt some control. But it wasn't the answer.
I knew exactly what I should eat. I wasn't doing it. That isn't a willpower problem. It's a psychology problem.
WILDFIT was the first thing that worked on the actual mechanism. I trained as a coach because friends kept asking. The Health Blueprint is the program I built from there, and the program I run with every client now.
