What the first six months look like

Weeks 1–4

The noise gets quieter

Most clients notice the same thing first: the mental chatter around food starts to ease. Not from restricting more. They start to see what's actually driving it. Cravings that have been there for years start losing their grip, without extra effort.

Months 2–3

The body catches up

Energy gets more consistent. Sleep improves. For many clients this is when physical changes start showing too — not from trying harder, but because the patterns underneath have shifted. Weight that hadn't moved in years starts to.

Months 4–6

It starts to feel like who you are

By this point, change stops feeling like effort. Clients stop reminding themselves to make good choices — they just do. The program ends but the habits don't. What's left is a way of living, not something you're still on.
