Who I am

This website is operated by Joey Simsen, a certified holistic health coach based in Tallinn, Estonia. Registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 14130 · BTW: NL004364).

What data I collect

I only collect information you actively provide:

  • Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Discovery call bookings — handled via cal.com. Their privacy policy applies to data collected during booking.
  • Newsletter sign-ups — your name and email address. Used to send the newsletter you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

I do not collect any data passively. There are no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or visitor profiling tools on this website.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. No cookie consent banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.

Legal basis for processing

Under the GDPR, I process your data on the basis of:

  • Consent — for newsletter subscriptions.
  • Legitimate interest — for responding to contact form enquiries.

How long I keep your data

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry. Newsletter subscribers' data is retained until they unsubscribe. I do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except where required by law.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing)
  • Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
