You've tried every diet. You're done trying

This workshop is for you if…

  • You've optimised most of life. Food is the one place that still won't fall in line.
  • You can quote the experts on what to eat. After a long day, it falls apart anyway.
  • Food sits in your head as either medicine or a moral failing, with nothing in between.
  • One stressful week is enough to undo a month of good intent. You're tired of that loop.
  • You're not looking for another meal plan. You want to understand why the same patterns keep coming back no matter what you know.
  • You've done the obvious things: better food, more movement, maybe therapy. Something is still missing.

What you'll learn

What diets never tell you

The cycle is always the same

Decide. Restrict. Slip. Give up. Eat more than you started with. Not because you're weak. That's what restriction does, predictably. Every client I've worked with has run this loop. You probably have too.

Willpower runs out. Hunger doesn't

The willpower paradigm fails the same way every time. Trying harder doesn't fix it. Willpower runs out before any diet ends, and once it's gone, the diet goes with it. Each round leaves you with less to draw on next time.

The craving isn't the problem

Pizza isn't what you want. Comfort is. Once you see what's actually under the craving, the resistance goes quiet. That's what the people who make it look easy are doing.

Joey Simsen

I spent years knowing exactly what I should eat and not doing it. I tried different diets and biohacks. For a short time I felt some control; It still wasn't the answer.

WILDFIT was. Once I understood that food choices run on subconscious wiring, not on the day's discipline, the picture changed. I stopped fighting cravings. The choices shifted on their own. The weight moved. Energy levelled out. I trained as a coach because friends kept asking how I'd done it.

Now I work with people who've already done the obvious things: better food, more training, more reading. The food piece still won't move. My job is to find what's running underneath it, and shift that.
